Just a 10-minute walk from Sword Lake, Friends Inn & Travel is located within the Hanoi Backpacker's area. It provides homely hostel with bathtubs and a 24-hour room service. WiFi is free in the entire hotel. The hotel also provides an airport shuttle service and free walking tours for all guests.

Conveniently located in the city centre, the hotel is about 2 km from The Temple of Literature and a 40-minute drive from Noi Bai International Airport. Friends Inn & Travel's tour desk helps guests organise excursions to popular attractions, ticketing and visa services.

The air-conditioned rooms are equipped with a flat-screen cable TV and minibar. The en suite bathroom provides free toiletries, room slippers and a hairdryer. Some rooms have a private balcony offering views of the Old Quarter.

There is a common dining room where breakfast is served daily. Guests can also order from the à la carte menu for lunch and dinner.

Very good
The hotel is in a great location. 10-15 minutes walk to the lake. What makes this place great though is the staff working there! The entire staff is helpful, responsive and super nice! It's nothing fancy and the interior is rather simple, but it's great value for money I would definitely recommend this hotel.
