The hotel is in a great location. 10-15 minutes walk to the lake. What makes this place great though is the staff working there! The entire staff is helpful, responsive and super nice! It's nothing fancy and the interior is rather simple, but it's great value for money I would definitely recommend this hotel.

Superb

The staff were the best part of our stay by far. Kevin and Joy made our visit to Hanoi so much better than it would have been otherwise.

Be aware that you have to climb stars to get to the rooms. There is one room on the ground floor but it is next to the kitchen and has cooking odors.

Amabilidad y servicio a un muy buen precio

We had a really good time here. We got a 3 bed room with bathroom. The beds were really comfortable and the room quite cosy. The attendant was super pleasant and explain every tip of hanoi. We also took the ha long bay 4 stars cruise with v'spirit through them which was an amazing experience.

Spacious, sparkling clean rooms and extremely friendly and helpful staff made my stay very enjoyable! Be aware, there will be stairs. But helpful staff will bring your luggage up and down.

Fancy room with economic price

They serve 24hrs banana and coffee and water ... Triple bed room is really nice. It gives you European feel with a balcony which you may sit and watch the street.

I like the hospitality of the staff, the breakfast and the location.they were helpful in providing us tips and also booked tours fr us.

The hotel didnt have an elevator. So it was a bit difficult with the kid n luggage on 5th floor.

Very central, great location. The staff is very helpful and friendly, spent 2 nights here and we are all satisfied with our stay. We booked with them airport shuttel, on time,with air con, trauble free.They also work as a travel agency and help you to book trip to Halong Bay, Sapa, Ninh Binh.

Exceptional

The staff was extremely friendly and willing to help with any and everything. The hotel also runs a travel agency where you can book tours at a good price. I spoke with Kevin most the time I was there and he always made sure I was completely comfortable and taken care of.

The rooms could be a little more clean, however, the area in general is older so I don’t think other places would be much different.
